Way too many people focus on QUANTITY. They sponsor dozens, even hundreds of affiliates–which is great–but it is ultimately QUALITY that is the real key. Once you've found or developed 3-5 topnotch affiliates, you're going to see a lot of great things happen with your commission check.

How do you develop quality affiliates? It's real simple: WORK WITH THE WORKERS!

When you see people who are working SFI in your group, work with them! Tip: You can easily locate these people by checking your "My Movers" list on your SFI homepage daily. Support them closely, and train them to do the things you do so that you are creating duplication and maximum leverage.

It's of course more natural for us to let the workers in our group just do their own thing. After all, they got active without you even telling them to, they're already sponsoring new affiliates, referring TC members, etc. They don't need your help or support–or so you think.

Meanwhile, you're spending all your time trying to get the people who obviously don't "get it" to do something. As the old saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink—yet you continue to try.

You need to know that this is exactly the opposite of what you should be doing to build a successful business. I'm not saying you shouldn't follow up with those who don't immediately get active with SFI. You should. But don't spend ALL or even the majority of your time with this. And DEFINITELY DO NOT IGNORE your workers!

Indeed, the way you create those 3-5 "top-gun" affiliates that you need is by treating them LIKE YOUR FUTURE DEPENDS ON THEM!

If you're not in touch with your best, hardest-working affiliates at least every week (email, phone calls, chatroom, or whatever), I'm sorry, but you're trying to win a race with a car that only has one wheel!

How many affiliates will you have to go through to find your top guns? That's of course difficult to say. What I can tell you though is that they're out there (or are ALREADY in your group), and you'll develop them so long as you deny your natural instincts and apply the proper focus (work with the workers!).

Just like in a deck of playing cards, you KNOW there are four aces. If you start working your way through the deck, the first ace may not come up for a while, but eventually it will so long as you keep going through the deck. And if you don't quit, you'll eventually locate FOUR aces. It's the very same principle with SFI; the aces are there.

Keep sponsoring affiliates, work with your workers, and success will happen.

Tip: Don't waste time on skeptics or pessimists. They will NOT succeed in SFI or any other similar endeavor. They do not possess the qualities of a winner (this includes "rocking-chair advisors" who talk and talk, seem to know all the answers, but never act).

Getting clear…on Auto-Deliveries

With the “flurry” of changes over the past few weeks pertaining to purchases at TripleClicks—specifically: Auto-Delivery orders (previously Standing Orders) and the new Booster Club and Booster Club Qualified (BCQ) term replacing the previous SOQ term, we thought it would be a good idea to clarify the rules for Auto-Deliveries.

What has changed:

1. To receive the Auto-Delivery discounted price of any item, you need to order the item for immediate processing AND set it up for Auto-Delivery for subsequent months.  That’s it.  There is no tie-in with the Booster Club or anything else.  If you want the Auto-Delivery discount, you need to set it up for automatic monthly delivery (and place an order for a “now” delivery).
2. Accepted payment methods for Auto-Delivery orders are limited to Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, SFI Account funds, and TCurrency. Note: On orders using TCurrency, we are using a “3 strikes and you’re out” policy.  That is, if you set up an Auto-Delivery using TCurrency as the payment method and you fail to have enough funds in your TCurrency account when we attempt to process your Auto-Delivery, upon the third instance of this you will no longer be allowed to use TCurrency for Auto-Delivery orders.  So be sure to always make sure your TCurrency account is properly funded!

To set up a new Auto-Delivery:

1. Go to TripleClicks and locate the product you want and that you want to have automatically delivered each month.  You will need to be on the item’s Product Details page.
2. Click the “Add to cart” button.
3. Choose the quantity of the item you wish to receive.
4. Check the box to confirm you want Auto-Delivery.
5. Click the “Create Auto-Delivery” button.
6. Click the “Check Out Now” button.
7. Enter your shipping and billing address information (if needed).
8. Click the “Continue Checkout” button at the bottom of the page to proceed.
9. Choose your payment method (For Auto-Deliveries, accepted payment methods are credit card, debit card, PayPal, SFI Account funds, or TCurrency).
10. Review the Auto-Delivery terms/agreement.
11. Submit your order.
12. We will now initiate the process of delivery of your chosen item immediately.  Then, starting next month, on the date you’ve chosen, we will automatically charge you for and deliver the item again, and for each subsequent month until at which time you cancel your Auto-Delivery.

To EDIT an Auto-Delivery (delivery date, quantity, etc.):

1. Go to the Auto-Delivery Manager from the Member Center at TripleClicks.
2. Click the “Edit or cancel one or more Auto-Delivery orders” link at the top of the page.
3. To adjust the quantity of an item, see the Quantity column beside the item’s name. Enter the quantity desired and click the “Update” button.
4. To adjust payment method, backup payment method, billing address, shipping address, shipping method, or processing date, refer to the Order Summary section.
5. Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.
6. Your change(s) has now been saved and will take effect the next time your Auto-Delivery is processed.

To CANCEL an Auto-Delivery:

1. Go to the Auto-Delivery Manager from the Member Center at TripleClicks.
2. Click the “Edit or cancel one or more Auto-Delivery orders” link at the top of the page.
3. Click the “Remove” button under the item you wish to cancel.
4. Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to confirm.
5. Auto-Delivery for this item has now been cancelled.  You will no longer receive or be charged automatically for this item.

One more thing…
If you ever want to have your Auto-Delivery processed NOW (instead of waiting for your normal processing date)…OR…if you want to have your Auto-Delivery processed multiple times in the same month (because, for example, you need to replenish your stock of TCredits or need a quick infusion of VersaPoints), you can!  Just click the green “Quick Order” button at the bottom of the Auto-Delivery Manager page. Follow the Ultra Simple SFI Basics 3 Step Plan:

1. Become an EA and keep it month after month. To become EA, you need to gather 1500 VP and by doing your Daily, Weekly and Monthly actions will only provide you with 497 VP. Therefore you have to do something more to gather the balance of the VP. You can do some other things on your VP Ledger to make up that difference or have a standing order. So doing your Daily Actions is only a small part of your tasks.

2. Sponsor 5 active affiliates. You have to advertise your business to get some enrollments under you. Advertise as often as possible. Marketing is the biggest part of your tasks.

3. Teach these 5 affiliates to do the same. It’s called duplication. Communication is the key here. Be an awesome Sponsor. Send them Team Mails, Streamposts, E-Cards and newsletters as often as possible and blog.

Other things to do is:

Learn as much as you possibly can and transfer it to your team.

Next is to promote TripleClicks and the products in that store to sell those products and to enroll some PRM’s and to enlist some ECAs.

Lead By Example

If you want your affiliates sponsoring affiliates, referring TC members, etc., then make sure YOU are are doing these things. Do these things and become proficient in these things so you can show and teach your affiliates the best ways to do them.

In the key area of duplication, your affiliates are definitely watching! Show them what it means to be a strong, active sponsor and THEY will become strong, active sponsors and help you further your growth and profits.
 
Leading by example works in the negative, too, of course. Want a downline of affiliates who do nothing? Then do nothing and that's what you'll likely get!

So...the rule is real simple: Whatever you want THEM to do, YOU do, because they are following your lead!

Tip: Having a Standing Order (SO) at TripleClicks is a great way to lead by example. Your Standing Order badge will reflect this status. Your PSAs and CSAs will see this badge on your Leadership Page and your Affiliate Snapshot. Make sure you are sending everyone in your group the right message!

What are some no-cost resources for launching my business?

Although using free methods of advertising will take quite a bit of time, effort, and patience, you can most definitely build your business without ANY out-of-pocket costs...simply stick to it and you will get results.

Find new SFI affiliates and TC Members without spending any money:

Although having some start-up funds to invest almost always helps when starting any new business, you can still earn commissions with SFI without spending any money. By utilizing some of the free strategies outlined in the marketing aids and marketing methods sections, you can reach people who are not already SFI affiliates or TC Members. Your SFI ID is embedded within the URLs in the banners, text ads, and other marketing aids referred to on these pages.

Find free sites on which to advertise:

A simple Web search using Google, Bing, or any other major search engine will yield a listing of free ad sites. Use search terms, such as free business classifieds, paid business classifieds, pay per click search engines, free and paid safelists, etc. Be sure to use more than one search engine, as results may vary from engine to engine. Also, use variations on search terms to find lesser-known, but still valuable advertising sites.

Become an Executive Affiliate (EA):

Whether you become an EA from your own personal purchases or through customer sales, you'll earn shares from the TripleClicks Executive Pool, become eligible for Co-Sponsor Commissions and ECA Royalties, pick up free TripleClicks TCredits, get co-sponsored affiliates added to your team each month, and more!
